3.2.60 lyric-hyphen-interface

A centered hyphen is simply a line between lyrics used to divide syllables.

User settable properties:

dash-period (number)

The length of one dash together with whitespace. If negative, no line is drawn at all.

height (dimension, in staff space)

Height of an object in staff-space units.

length (dimension, in staff space)

User override for the stem length of unbeamed stems.

minimum-distance (dimension, in staff space)

Minimum distance between rest and notes or beam.

minimum-length (dimension, in staff space)

Try to make a spanner at least this long, normally in the horizontal direction. This requires an appropriate callback for the springs-and-rods property. If added to a Tie, this sets the minimum distance between noteheads.

padding (dimension, in staff space)

Add this much extra space between objects that are next to each other.

thickness (number)

Line thickness, generally measured in line-thickness.

This grob interface is used in the following graphical object(s): LyricHyphen and LyricSpace.
